BOOKING INFORMATION

We are happy to create any custom holiday package with a variety of activities. Please feel free to contact us with your wish list.

To guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit equal to 25% of the stay (before taxes), payable with personal cheque, MasterCard or VISA. The balance is due upon departure, payable with cash, MasterCard or VISA. Our cancellation policy is 60 days: in the unlikely event that you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your arrival date, your deposit will become non-refundable.

To guarantee your reservation for the winter holiday season, or if you are booking the entire ranch, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the stay. Our cancellation policy for these bookings is 90 days.

Upon arrival, all guests are asked to sign a standard waiver releasing Montana Hill Guest Ranch from liability.

Please leave your pets at home - we have plenty to share!

Smoking is permitted in outside areas only.
